I've used this product extensively on both desktop and mobile devices running various platforms, and while the remote control support package is great for many individuals and companies, it has one major shortcoming that I'd like to discuss with you today. To stop sharing your screen and disconnect the remote session, open the QuickSupport app and tap the X to the top right of the app.For the past few years TeamViewer has been providing their clients with a remote support system, in which they allow their clients to use their own custom Android interface, and use a variety of other features built right into the TeamViewer platform, including screen capture, sharing documents and other various options.When connected, the expert can view and control the mobile device.If you are not prompted to install the add-on, you can search for it in the Play store. The mobile device redirects to the Play store to install the Add-On for your device (for example Add-On: Samsung). When prompted to install the Remote Control Add-on, tap Download.To stop sharing your screen and disconnect the remote session, open the QuickSupport app and tap Stop Broadcast.When connected, the expert can only view your screen, they cannot control the mobile device. To initiate screen-sharing tap Start Broadcast.When the support expert initiates the Teamviewer connection, you are prompted to Allow remote support?.Make note of Your ID and provide it to the NETGEAR technical support expert. Upon launching the app, Your ID is presented.
